Lunches

We serve lunch on the third Wednesday of the month for our community as a social event which is enjoyed by many especially, rural parishioners, the elderly and carers, during school holidays local families,  and keeps our community together supporting one another.

Now we have completely renovated our facilities to include: 

  • A New car park with disabled spaces and disabled access into the building.
  • A new Catering kitchen in line with health and hygiene regulations.
  • New disabled friendly bathroom facilities and modernisation of existing facility.
  • External wall Insulation and double glazing throughout the Old Schoolrooms to improve green footprint.
  • Internal ramps and widening of doorways for open access throughout.
  • Re-decoration, to become a more friendly and welcoming space for users, and adding new tables.

We reopened on Easter Sunday 2022 and offer a monthly meal service and when we secure more trained volunteers we hope to offer more support and information for the local community.  We now have parking for elderly and disabled visitors, so they can escape the tourist parking, and we have started to offer a meal delivery service for the elderly and housebound.
